Expansion card dump files/copies

Does anyone know if there are copies of the cards made for the 48sx and gx? I'm espescially interested in electrical engineering software..

I believe answers to such a question might be against the terms of service. Have you checked hpcalc.org and its software sections?

A little yes but couldn't really find the ones I was hoping for. I thought this question might be a little "shady" but I figured that these cards and the software on them might be abandonware.. Sorry if I broke the rules or site terms..
