Update of ILper v2.23, ILVideo v1.33 and ILVideo80 v1.23

Hello together,

just a small update of ILPer, ILVideo and ILVideo80 available at http://hp.giesselink.com/hpil.htm.

Martin provided some source code samples for faster context menu item access in ILPer and the feature "copy display content to clipboard" for ILVideo and ILVideo80.

These new features have been added for faster document illustration with text in general and in the case of the ILVideo devices with graphic.
