Update of Emu42 to v1.21

Emu42 v1.21 is available at http://hp.giesselink.com.

This is a maintenance update introducing some new KML script commands. The documentation of the new commands will be published when Emu48 and Emu71 distributed with these updates too. This should avoid confusing customers about the implementation state of each emulator.
