Receiving prints from HP-25 Ir by an HP48G/GX
I just wondered whether it is only possible to use the HP IR printers HP82240A/B as recipients of the signals sent out by Bernhard's fantastic IR-flavoured HP-25 until I discovered the INPRT library at HPCalc. By using this library HP-25 print outs, e.g. program listings, are stored in the HP48G's stack and can be processed. It is important to use the remapper of the INPRT library to get the fonts displayed correctly. I have used Christoph Giesselink's fantasic Emu48 to get a copy from a real HP48GX into its virtual equivalent. From there it was easy to copy the transcript into an editor (see picture of a part of a program of "HP 25 Application Programs" [page 32] ).
If you ever wanted to have your HP-25 programs transferred into a computer, this is the way to go.

Cheers
Frido

Awesome! I never imagined this idea.

Bernhard

That's one small step for a man - one giant leap for mankind.
