Spoiler text?
I wonder if using a white font would work.

Can you read this? How about after highlighting the text?

RE: Spoiler text?
Hmm, maybe if we knew the HTML RGB value of the forum background we could use that instead of white (FFFFFF).

The background color is RGB 239, i.e. EFEFEF:

Here is some hidden text.

Another option may be a code box, cf. my suggestion in the thread where you originally posted the idea of a spoiler-safe section.

BTW, this is the test forum. If you want to suggest a feature the right place is "Forum Issues and Administration".

RE: Spoiler text?
Would be possible for the admin to add this: https://mods.mybb.com/view/spoiler-bbcode ?

As alternative someone on the mybb community posted an HTML snippet to include as spoiler tag.

Meta-answer (tiny freeware, not spyware, not nagware, I've been using it forever): http://www.cosmin.com/colordetector/
