Yes, I've seen that akku-wechsel eBay ad (are they 1/3 AAA?) and have been tempted. I was considering that seller if somebody had good experience using them.

It seems (per the keesvandersanden site) that some batteries don't really fit all that well inside the pack housing and require some significant modification or the spring function itself might be compromised (which could possibly cause damage to the calculator power posts). Do the akku-wechsel packs fit well?

1. So, my first preference is somebody who has a "ready-to-drop-in-calculator" completed pack supplier they like.
2. If not that, perhaps somebody has experience with these akku-wechsel assembled base packs. Are these built from 1/2N, 1/3AAA, or some other base cells?
