Not that I've ever seen it - I was born in 1962 - this answer is a neat example of how quickly one can find information on the internet nowadays with the help of Wikipedia. Use "Liste von Krimiserien", then sort every letter of the alphabet by year of first airing, look through series of the 1950's until you find the answer.

Ahhh, there’s a big advantage if you search in German since the number is then in the title!
