Maybe I should have clarified that special arrangement means "it works only with some permutations, rather than all". And for your answer, without looking at the answer already given (aside from the one with python and RPL), maybe you can play around with your calculator (or computer, or dice, or whatever instrument you use to generate random runs) to see if your answer matches with the experiments.
