Isn't it a built-in app on the 17BII? (BUS -> MU%P) EDIT: Already noted by Dave Britten and SlideRule above.

Here's another handy formula for the solver:

MARKUP=MARGIN×100÷(100-MARGIN)

where Markup=(Sell-Cost)/Cost (i.e. BUS -> MU%C on the 17BII)
