… This report describes one of several activities of NV&EOL to disseminate analysis capability to a broad spectrum of Army elements so that each may undertake independently routine FLIR performance calculations as required. Although these analytical models are incorporated entirely within a handheld calculator (HHC) and designed for simplicity in their use. they provide a comprehensive performance analysis capability.
