Perhaps (that is, likely) I don't understand...
If I want at least 90% of a binomial cumulative population to lie above some number of successes by a player that had a probability of a win of 60% on any given try where this is a best of "x" number of games, I am finding that 30 successes out of a 59 game tourney would be the lowest number of tourney games that would satisfy this problem.
