We use Agile at work, where I've found it mostly reasonable while fixing the easier bugs (problem reports), but less so for new design features or the really complex bugs. I once spent three weeks looking for a bug in some image processing code, had to come up with "tasks" to put on the Agile board to make it look like I was doing stuff. I'm still trying to come to grips with Agile after two years using it.
