size limit of jpg attachments

I have a Chromebook too - if I open an image, I can resize it, crop it and tweak brightness and contrast, using the built in image viewer and editor (pencil icon in the top right cluster, next to print)

I can also rotate by 90 degrees. To rotate by smaller angles, I'd upload to Google Photos and edit there: there's a fine-tune rotate tool built into the crop function. (In fact, I can do this on my phone or chromebook.)
