You don't seem to have understood my words. Though Tim signs that his words do not engage Hp's responsibility, it was obvious to me that he was speaking for Hp. I answer to this with my customer opinion and I shall certainly not apologize for my words, it is Hp, not Apple so I think we still have a right to speak openly.
