From the post about "testing", exhaustive testing of all possible real world scenarios is likely not possible. So one has to come up with significant test cases and that is not easy.

On a side note, the sentence: "software that affects Monetary transactions has always been more important than a few planes falling out of the Sky!" is as sad as it is true.
