CNA70100xx

CNA - Manufacturing Facility
6 - 2016
28 - 28th week of 2016
00xx - number within batch.

CNA - Manufacturing Facility
7 - 2017
01 - 1st week of 2017
00xx - number within batch.

the 2016 unit was purchased as a full package.
the 2017 unit was purchased as a refurb - or more likely, leftover new.
