No, not the 64-bit requirement. A couple of weeks ago, Google started reviewing apps before allowing them to show up in the Play Store. I think it's basically the same kind of process that Apple have always done in their App Store. And Google appears to have grossly underestimated how much manpower they would need to review the constant stream of app submissions, so there are long delays, which appear to be getting worse and worse.
