Grapevine's "An Easy Course In..." books

Wow, there's a ton of them.

Is the reason that more of Grapevine's books aren't available as PDFs anything to do with copyright, or more that the books haven't had the chance to end up in the hands of people with the time/equipment/interest in scanning them?

Depending on the size/binding of the 19BII book (I don't think this one is spiral-bound) and suitability of my scanning equipment, I might make an attempt at scanning it. A lot of what's in there should also apply to the 17B(/II/II+) and HP Calc application on the palmtops, and probably the 27S to some extent.
