Hello Christóbal,

Go to hpcalc.org.
At the bottom (almost) it says
"Updated HP Prime G2 Firmware to 2.1.14425 (2020-01-16) on PC".
Select this and you will see
https://www.hpcalc.org/prime/pc/HP_Prime...200121.zip
Download this and unzip this.
How to proceed is given several times in the forum.
