The message, "HP25LP has stopped working" flashes on the screen for about half a second. I also get exactly the same message if I try to run the ACT Analyzer.

Running Win7 Home Premium 64-bit. Any ideas?

I get the same message with ACT Analyzer. Win 7-64 Pro.
