Personally, for such a small layout, I'd prefer ENTER and basic arithmetic keys on the same side. And vertical ENTER looks a bit weird to me where you put it. As I wrote earlier in this thread: labels may change but keys will stay. Your 5/1+3/4/4/4/4 layout just looks plain right to me so that's what I prefer. YMMV and it obviously does.
