Prime crashes upon fsolve

Try giving fsolve a guess to start with:

fsolve({(a^2) = (b^2+c^2),b = (ABS((4/3)*c)),a = s},{a,b,c},{7,6,4})

or

fsolve({(a^2) = (b^2+c^2),b = (ABS((4/3)*c)),a = s},{a,b,c},{7,6,-4})

when i do this it doesn't crash and results in {7.112,5.6896,4.2672} and {7.112,5.6896,-4.2672}
