Not forgotten for sure, but definitely gone. As for this problem, there can be no doubt that nothing should be allowed to crash the machine, but that said, the subject command is meaningless so unlikely to ever be encountered (except by folks reading this thread) though it's creative and impressive that lyuka thought to explore it. BTW, the lowly 36-year old HP-71B handles this and properly reports this (NAN-NAN*i) as invalid. --Bob Prosperi |
