Shapeways has a battery case with two tabs. So I used nickel strips like those used for battery spot welding. You can attach the tabs to the housing in your 3D model. They are 10x6mm and 0.5mm thick. About 2mm away from the inside. I think this is the best solution for the contacts. They have enough spring travel.
