For future, I agree saving state across sessions is #1, but I'd vote for haptic feedback as one of the options to provide feedback.

FWIW I prefer the "tick" sound in Free42 to the haptic feedback in EMU48 but either one helps to make up for the lack of physical keys.

The WP-43 app is great news though, while eagerly awaiting the DM43.
