I wonder what is the device with the orange/yellow keyboard on the right side....

The three lights report the status of the cassette transport LEADER (red), DATA (yellow) and MOTION (green).

Termicette was a machine that used an RS-232 serial signal to write read/write data to cassettes. It was an alternative to the paper tape reader/punch on Teletype machines.
