WolframAlpha does the safe way: solve x*y/(x+y)^2 <= 0, for (y,x)

y < 0: (0 ≤ x < -y) OR (x > -y) 
y = 0: (x < 0) OR (x > 0)
y > 0: (x < -y) OR (-y < x ≤ 0)
