Running my programs to 100 million would take about 45 minutes ;-)
BTW corrected an error in EPS - it will now find that x = 82,425,623.5 pi. A bit counterintuitive that the smallest COS happens for such a large argument value; I thought it would lose about 8 digits of precision after the argument reduction.
