Yes, that is a bug. I'll fix it in the next build.

I shouldn't be including that README file yet -- Plus42 is work in progress. I'll get started on units once the equations are all done, that could take another week or two. The official release with all the planned features will probably be ready in January, but there will be development builds posted here in the meantime.
