I'm using firefox. I had to go to a private-browsing session for it to work. When you look up problems like this, it always says to clear cache and cookies; but it happens on sites I've never been on, so there's no cache or cookies from them, at all. I'm not happy with recent updates to firefox, which are not upgrades. I will not use Microsoft software ever again though.

So use Google Chrome. Edge and Chrome are both based on Chromium and are very similar to each other.
