In Search of 15C+ ROM image

I followed the link for the patched versions and couldn't actually find the download.

Where can I find these versions and a description?

Olivier De Smet has produced a rom patch with 224 registers and J F Garnier one with 192 registers.
Hopefully they will make the patches available on the forum.
