Happens here too. A family member received a "similar" product from a webpage (not the brand article which should have been sold), went to a local shop of the brand article, received a letter from them "this is similar but this is not our product" (they were soo nice to write it; normally they say "F***O** you did not buy it here"), went to the bank and gave the letter (that was a visa sold by the bank). We got the money back. That was a brain jogging. I recommend anybody to do this if they just want to shutdown corrupt sellers in China. A bit like "robin Hood" for the branded articles. However, the effort is high.
So, the "dont return" dont make me fear here, what make me thinking is who will attest this is not an HP brand? (if not). "not tested" means it can be defect because this is not written "working". It means if anybody is running after its money later, what will be for the bank a good reason to give the money back. One major reason is "product delivered not according data representation". A kind of usual consumer protection and usual thinking in banks in Germany (depending of your country it can change).
