Regarding ENG mode:
"µ" and "n" - I suppose "G", "M", "k", "m", "p", "f", "a" are available as well -
are a great and welcome improvement.

Nevertheless, what's the "up arrow" for?
Does it replace an "E"?
Can't / shouldn't it be omitted?

E-06 (10^-06) is not equal to Eµ (10^(10^-6))

1.234 µ is fine!
