Sorry, I was confused and wrote mostly about the 97 rather than the 67. It's much the same, though without the PICK (aka PIK) chip. The part numbers are:

ROM0/Anode: 1818-0227 old (not compatible with 1820-1812 ACT), 1818-0268 new (compatible with 1820-1812, 1820-1596, 1820-2530 ACT, possibly others)

ROM1/RAM: 1818-0228 old, 1818-0550 new (must be matched pair with ROM2)
ROM2/RAM: 1818-0226 old, 1818-0551 new (must be matched pair with ROM1)
ROM3/RAM: 1818-0232
ROM5/RAM: 1818-0231
