Hi SRC's readers,

I found in a 1957 paper an asymptotic formula for the Exponential Integral that may help to create an approximation of the R(x) sum.
I have currently little time to spend on the problem but I will try to build a HP-71B solution in the next days, unless Valentin posts his solution in the meantime.
So I give this clue for others to try it.
