Take a look at your Amazon purchase record. Amazon sells the Prime right now that is supplied by three different "partners." I suggest you contact Amazon and complain that the Prime you got from their partner was either old, dead stock or maybe, as you suggested, a refurb. In any case, Amazon should make good on your situation. Alternately, HP should fix your calculator if they see proof that you bought it new from Amazon in January. Good luck. Edit: you might even contact the partner to see if they can help you. |
