"Hewlett Packard" not on the front of HP12c Platinum

Interesting with the ZIP code for Böblingen, 71025 - that is the German HP HQ location.. How does that get onto the box from Amazon in US and a device from Philippines.

The Germany reference is printed on the back of my Platinum alongside the certification logos (FCC, etc). It is on 3 lines and says:

71025 Boeblingen
Germany

My calculator does have the "Hewlett Packard" text in the lower left corner. It was made in the Philiippines in 2018.
