I hadn't forgotten this aspect of your questions, but there's no simple answer as the emulator that I'm aware of won't run on Win 10 directly but only via 32bit DOS. This bit is the easy as you can use DOSbox for that. The emulator itself is HP's own, the 200LX Connectivity Pack, which can be downloaded here (you'll need to set up a free account first): https://vetusware.com/download/200LX%20C..._/?id=8545

The tricky aspect is that the images you get from VetusWare are 3 floppy .img images, and getting these to mount on DOSbox isn't as easy as a single ISO. The following web pages will guide you, but I won't get a chance to test the recommended approach.

Another DOS environment for 64bit Windows is VDOS. It is claimed to be less focused on gaming and more focused on productivity applications.
