Maybe they are reading?

Next interesting comparison could be: Jeff's older version of ILPER (without TCP connection) versus Christoph's version.
I can't recall that anyone has ever mentioned that a PIL-Box connection (to a modern hard disk) is more than 10 times (!!) slower than a good old 9114 disk drive.
