I'd add the HP-71B even though there are few overlays for it. The one that really comes to mind though is the two overlays for the C71 calculator ROM. One emulated all of the Voyager engineering/business calculators (10C, 11C, 12C, 15C) and the other the 16C programmers calculator. There was an overlay for the 41C emulator.
