Actually the exact opposite. A clear example is calculators could, not could not. The HP 12C was specifically given as the sole public example of which HP Inc (HPI) products could still use the Hewlett-Packard name post-split with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). But now that agreement has expired and now no HP Inc (HPI) products can use the Hewlett-Packard name (with or without the hyphen; when HPE uses it they don't use the hyphen anymore).

Too bad, without the HEWLETT-PACKARD label the 15C CE loses half of its charm, specially for an item with high collectibility.
