I suspect that this change is not being considered because it would change fundamental behaviour of free42 away from the hp-42s, which is clearly not the idea of free42. Once you make a change like that you must maintain both the methods of functioning to ensure compatibility with the original. There are websites that will hook you up with a programmer who can make the change for you. I think there is one called 'fiverr' or similar. Someone could well create you a one-off version of free42 to suit your needs. |
