Here’s a suggested way to do it without losing the T register:

STO .L (store X in LastX reg)
<- (Clear X; stop stack lift)
E 12 +/- (Enter 1E-12)
RCL x .L. (multiply 1E-12 by original number leaving result in X)

I should probably admit that I know nothing about how skins work: I’m assuming that they let you enter a series of key presses when a key is pressed. In any case it’s been fun to think about!
