Simplex method in prime how to use the constrains maximise s.t. constraints.

I tried using simplex_reduce
m =
2 4
3 2
4 5

P = [5 9]

c = [22 20 40?]

Using simplex_reduce(m, c, p)

I did not get the result as per expected

   

To ftneek
I went to the site at Grenoble
The result was instant.

But using the CAS simplex_reduce did not get the result.
