Have you updated all changes? I had run your supplied tests before posting, all passed.

BTW, your test_simplex() had a hidden character.

> test_simplex()      → {1,1,1,1,1,test​_case_6}
> test_case_6()       → 1

Copy/paste 1st answer, I get {1,1,1,1,1,test?_case_6}
