The free CutePDF virtual printer works pretty well. Here's what I just got using it to print the tutorial web page (to American "letter"-size pages, but that can easily be set to whatever you prefer). Caution: It's 1.5 megabytes.

The only "bug" I see is a minor one: when a table is split across pages, the table header is nicely printed above both pieces, but sometimes that causes the header to be printed with nothing below it. That can probably be avoided via some strategic HTML.

EDIT: Also, if you jump directly to page 25, the PDF viewer complains that it can't find a font that's used there.

I'll try and make a version of the webpage without broken tables.

B.t.w., on my Mac I don't see a missing font on p. 25. Which part of the text is it?
