HP48G/GX Conn4x Screen Capture issue

My HP48G+ is successfully connected to a Windows 10 PC via a serial to USB cable (after doing all the preliminaries, e.g., installing USB driver, downloading XSRVR to calculator, etc.) and Conn4x shows the calculator files, so all is good - except screen capture.

When I select Screen Capture from the menu (or the icon), Conn4x asks permission to temporarily change baud rate to 115200, I agree, and press On and 1, then release both to start screen capture. A small window progress bar shows screen capture occurring (just takes an instant) and all is still good, except the screen capture is nowhere to be found. The Conn4x help file says the screen capture will open in a graphics window, but no graphics windows opens and no error message is displayed.

Just posting to see if anyone has any suggestions.
