Makes also sense from the pricing side: 1499 vs 1378 DM. That was probably (more or less) the difference between a CX and a CV. If the CW would only provide a 32K RAMBOX, it would be difficult to justify that price. I think the reason why CWs are so rare is that the CY provided better value for the money.
