HP 15C CE key bounce

LOL -- I just got a 12C with L/NO 9CJ323 that has a horrible debounce (double entries) problem so bad it can only occasionally pass the keyboard self test. Many of the keys exhibited this behavior and pressing them a lot didn't help.

Now I know why it was so cheap...
