A test bench for HP thermal printing units (HP-82143, HP-82162, Topcat)
Dear All,
for anyone who dares to repair an HP thermal printing unit that was installed in the HP-82143A, HP-82162A and the Topcat desktop machines, I have developed a test bench that can be used to test the paper transport mechanism without having to completely assemble the printer and install it in the housing. The article is available in German and English in the article forum. I wish you much success with the repair. Best regards Karl |
